RETURNS

If you need to return an item you have purchased please read our return policy carefully. Items not following the return guideline will be declined. 

We hope you eagerly await your package and open it right away! While we hope you are always satisfied with your purchases, we know sometimes it just doesn't work, we get it! Due to limited quantities on many of our special items, please be sure to notify us immediately of your return so we can help you find exactly what you want!

All returns must be unworn, unwashed and odor-free (i.e. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.) The return must include the return form provided and have original tags still attached and intact. Shoes must be in the original shoe box.

CLOTHING

All regular priced clothing purchases can be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached and intact. 

SHOES

Any shoe purchase can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange only. Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original shoe box and packaged as to protect the original box from being damaged. 

ACCESSORIES

All accessories, which includes jewelry, hats, handbags + sunglasses, are a FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

SALE MERCHANDISE

All sale items are a FINAL sale and cannot be returned. This includes all items classified as "sale" or any price that is a mark down.

*This does not include items purchased with a discount or coupon. However, your store credit will reflect the discounted price your purchased for your item.

DEFECTED ITEM

We check each of our items as they are received and then again when we ship them to you, but if you receive a defected item, you must notify All About Me within 2 business days of delivery, along with a photo of the defect. Once notified and your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label. You will receive your full refund once items are received. Refunds may take up 5-7 business days to be reflected on your account.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given on purchases. Those purchases meeting the return guideline will receive store credit or item can be exchanged. Refunds are only provided on defected items. Refunds are only processed for those situations that meet the Defect Return Policy (stated above).


 

ORDER + SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will process within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are filled Monday - Saturday 10a-6p CST. USPS pick up is 12pm CST. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays. Please expect packages to be delivered within 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING

All About Me ships $5 Flat Rate through USPS

AAM is not responsible for USPS delivery delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Any packages deemed undeliverable due to incorrect information and returned to AAM will incur any additional expense to be reprocessed and shipped.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Currently, AAM does not offer overnight or express shipping, but if you see something that you need immediately, give us a call or contact us via email and we will gladly do our best to help expedite your order! 

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any return, aside from defected items, will need to be packaged and shipped so that it is delivered within the 10 day return period. Delivery method is your choice!

We know the item being returned may not have worked for you, but please remember it may be perfect for one of our other AAM dolls,  so please help protect our merchandise and have them securely packaged when returned!  Items that are extensively damaged during shipping will be declined and returned to you.

If you received a defected item and have followed the defected return policy, we will email you a USPS return shipping label.
